摘要
目的:了解精神科护士创新行为现状及影响因素,并探讨其与组织氛围的相关性。方法:2019年10月—2020年6月采用自编的一般资料问卷、护士创新行为量表、护理组织氛围量表对广东省3所精神病专科医院362名护士进行调查。结果:精神科护士创新行为总均分为(3.14±0.63)分,各维度得分由高到低分别为产生想法(3.37±0.63)分、取得支持(3.15±0.62)分、实现想法(3.06.±0.74)分。经单因素和逐步回归分析发现,学历、职称、聘用方式、专科护士是精神科护士创新行为的主要影响因素,总解释量为25.4%。护理组织氛围总分为(3.63±0.26)分。创新行为得分与组织氛围得分及其4个维度(公平支持行为、同事行为、人际氛围行为、亲密及进取氛围行为)均呈正相关。结论:精神科护士创新行为处于中低水平,护理管理者应注重营造良好的组织氛围,提高精神科护士的创新行为。
OBJECTIVE To understand the current status and influencing factors of jnnovative behaviors of psychiatric nurses,and to explore its correlation with organizational atmosphere.METHODS A self-compiled general information questionnaire,nurses'innovative behavior scale,and nursing organization climate scale were used to survey 362 nurses in 3 psychiatric hospitals in Guang dong province from October 2019 to June 2020.RESULTS The total average score for inovative behavior of psychiatric nurses was(3.14±0.63).The scores in each dimension from high to low were:idea generation(3.37±0.63),support(3.15±0.62),realization of ideas(3.06.±0.74);single factor and stepwise regression analysis found that educational background,title,employment method,and specialist nurses are the main factors affecting the innovative behavior of psychiatric nurses;the total explained amount is 25.4%;the total score of nursing organization atmosphere is(3.63±0.26);the score of innovative behavior and organization The atmosphere score and its four dimensions(fair support behavior,colleague behavior,interpersonal atmosphere behavior,intimacy and aggressive atmosphere behavior)were all positively correlated.CONCLUSION The innovative behavior of psychiatric nurses is at a low level.Nursing managers should pay attention to creating a good organizational atmosphere to improve the innovative behavior of psychiatric nurses.
