Dynamic Study on the Health Status of the Elderly Aged 65 and Above in Harbin from 2020 to 2022

目的:了解2020—2022年哈尔滨市65岁及以上城市老年人健康状况,为提高老年人生活质量、促进老年健康事业发展提供依据。方法:采用简单随机抽样方法,选取540份哈尔滨市65岁及以上城市老年人的健康体检报告,采用重复测量方差分析研究不同年份老年人血压、身体质量指数、腰围、空腹血糖、血脂功能、肝功能、肾功能变化情况。结果:2020—2022年老年人的身体质量指数(F=58.089)、腰围(F=24.575)、收缩压(F=18.285)、舒张压(F=11.563)、血清谷丙转氨酶(F=8.044)、白蛋白(F=46.471)、总胆红素(F=101.068)、总胆固醇(F=28.920)、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(F=28.488)、甘油三酯(F=13.330)呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇先有小幅下降,再升高至远高于2020年水平。不同年份的血脂功能比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2020—2022年的老年人健康管理服务,促进了哈尔滨市65岁及以上城市老年人的健康,老年人总体健康状况略有提升,建议在定期进行健康监测的同时,为老年人提供有针对性的健康服务。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the health status of the elderly aged 65 and above in Harbin from 2020 to 2022,and to provide evidence for improving the quality of life of the elderly and promoting the development of elderly health.METHODS A sim⁃ple random sampling method was used to select 540 health examination reports of the elderly aged 65 and above in Harbin,and re⁃peated measurement of variance was used to analyze the changes of blood pressure,body mass index,waist circumference,fasting blood glucose,lipid function,liver function and kidney function of the elderly in different years.RESULTS Body mass index(F=58.089),waist circumference(F=24.575),systolic blood pressure(F=18.285),diastolic blood pressure(F=11.563),serum alanine ami⁃notransferase(F=8.044),albumin(F=46.471),total bilirubin(F=101.068),total blood pressure in the elderly from 2020 to 2022 Cho⁃lesterol(F=28.920),serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol(F=28.488)and triglyceride(F=13.330)were decreased,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum HDL cholesterol decreased slightly and then increased to well above 2020 levels.There were significant differences in blood lipid function in different years(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The health management service for the elderly from 2020 to 2022 has promoted the health of the urban elderly aged 65 and above in Harbin city,and the overall health status of the elderly has been slightly improved.It is suggested to provide targeted health services for the elderly while con⁃ducting regular health monitoring.
