Effect of the Health Literacy Education on Health Literacy,Self-care Ability and Living Quality of Patients with Chronic Disease

摘要 目的:探讨健康素养教育对慢性病患者健康素养、自护能力及生活质量的影响。方法:2020年1月—2021年12月,选取在上海市浦东新区二、三级医院住院治疗后出院的慢性病患者360例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=180)和观察组(n=180)。对照组给予患者常规健康教育,观察组给予患者健康素养教育。干预时间为3个月。干预前后采用健康素养调查问卷、自护能力测量量表、生存质量测定量表,对两组患者进行评估。结果:干预后观察组患者健康素养各维度评分、自护能力各维度评分、生活质量各维度评分提高程度均高于对照组。结论:健康素养教育可以显著提升慢性病患者的健康素养水平和自护能力,改善患者的生活质量,对患者的临床治疗具有积极作用。 OBJECTIVE To explore the health literacy education on health literacy,self-care ability and living quality of pa⁃tients with chronic disease.METHODS 360 patients with chronic disease were divided into control group(n=180)and observation group(n=180)from Junuary of 2020 to December of 2021.The control group received routine health education,while the observa⁃tion group received health literacy education.After 3 months,the effect of two groups were analyzed.RESULTS After the interven⁃tion,the observation group scores of health literacy were significantly higher than those in the control group.After the intervention,the observation group scores of self-care ability were significantly higher than those in the control group and the observation group scores of living quality were significantly higher than those in the control group.CONCLUSION The health literacy education can improve the health literacy,self-care ability and living quality,have positive effects on patients with chronic disease.
