A Data Governance Solution Based on Mid-Platform Technology

为实现企业的数字化转型,首要任务是整合分散在不同地点、不同应用中的管理信息系统,但因不同系统的开发时期和采用的技术方案有所不同,这些系统具有不同的运行平台和数据库,整合的难度较大。对此,结合实际案例设计一种基于中台技术的数据治理解决方案,以打通各自为营的数据壁垒,达到将数据变成资产的目的。应用结果表明,该方案能使企业的数据采集、数据处理、数据分析和数据应用效率,以及经营管理水平得到显著提升,取得高效化服务、精准化治理和智能化决策的数字化转型初步成效。

For the digital transformation of enterprises,the first task is to integrate management information systems scattered at different locations with a wide variety of applications.However,as these systems were developed in different periods and adopted different technical solutions,they have different operating platforms and databases,it is difficult to integrate them.Based on an actual case,this paper designs and develops a data governance solution based on the middle office technology,which aims to break through the data barriers and to achieve the goal of turning data into assets.The application of the solution shows that the efficiency of data collection,data processing,data analysis and data application of the case enterprise has been significantly improved,the level of operation and management has reached a higher level,and the digital transformation of efficient services,precise governance and intelligent decision-making has been basically achieved.
