摘要
随着我国城镇化快速发展,全球气候变化导致极端降雨天气增多,近年来我国城镇内涝现象频现。该文从市政设计的角度,对城镇化发展、暴雨强度预测、雨水管渠建设标准、排水系统运维管理等方面影响进行研究,并采用数据性对比,量化分析探讨城镇内涝产生的原因,同时提出治理建议,可为城镇雨水设计标准变化研究、城镇内涝原因研究、内涝治理提供参考。
With the rapid development of urbanization in China,global climate change has led to an increase in extreme rainfall.In recent years,urban waterlogging has occurred frequently in China.Based on the perspective of municipal design,this paper studies the impacts of urbanization development,rainstorm intensity prediction,rainwater pipe and canal construction standards,drainage system operation and maintenance management,and uses data comparison to quantitatively analyze and discuss the causes of urban waterlogging.At the same time,it puts forward governance suggestions,which can provide reference for the study of urban rainwater design standard changes,urban waterlogging causes,and urban waterlogging governance.
