长距离输送管道工程自动焊与半自动焊的经济效益分析

摘要 目前我国针对大口径长距离输送管道常用的焊接方法有自动焊(CRC全自动焊接)、半自动焊以及手工电弧焊三种,其中主线路焊接方式主要为自动焊和半自动焊。根据新疆某地施工现场主线路焊接过程中资源配置情况,进行施工项目成本管理,形成项目成本资料,并结合石油建设安装工程预算定额的组价,对自动焊和半自动焊进行经济效益分析,为后续长距离输送管道工程建设提供测算依据。 At present,there are three commonly used welding methods for large diameter long-distance transmission pipeline in China,namely automatic welding(CRC full-automatic welding),semi-automatic welding and manual arc welding.The main line welding methods are mainly automatic welding and semi-automatic welding.Based on the resource allocation during the welding process of the main line at a construction site in Xinjiang,cost management of construction projects is carried out to form project cost data.Combined with the budget quota of petroleum construction and installation engineering,economic benefits of automatic welding and semi-automatic welding are analyzed to provide calculation basis for the subsequent construction of long-distance transportation pipeline projects.
