移动式园林枝条破碎装置设计

Design of the Mobile Garden Branch Crushing Device

随着城市园林的数量不断增多,园林废弃物也不断增多。为了响应资源再利用的号召,可将大量的园林废弃物进行破碎处理后重新利用。但是由于缺乏园林枝条就地破碎装置,废弃枝条通常先收集再运送至处理场集中处理,大大增加人力物力和运输成本。本文设计一款移动式园林枝条破碎装置,通过二级破碎,将破碎颗粒控制在2mm内,满足园林废弃物重复利用需求。

With the increasing of urban gardens,the garden waste is also increasing.In order to respond to the call of resource reuse,a large amount of garden wastes are crushed and reused.However,due to the lack of on-site crushing devices for garden branches,the abandoned branches are usually collected first and then transported to the treatment site for centralized treatment,which will greatly increase manpower,material resources and transportation costs.In this paper,a mobile garden branch crushing device was designed.The broken particles sizes can be controlled under 2mm with two-phase crashing process,witch can meet the needs of landscape waste reuse.
