一种连续升降输送机的技术研究及设计

摘要 本文以一种“Z型”布置模式的连续升降输送机为研究对象,根据循环链上相邻托板的间距及循环链的移动速度对连续升降输送机的升降输送能力进行研究和分析,进而确定循环链移动速度与相邻托板间距。为使连续升降输送机达到其最大升降输送能力和化解上游在某时间段内发生的持续过流量对连续升降输送机的冲击以及为连续升降输送机的工作节拍提供匹配的物料流,对上游设备和下游设备的设置与控制进行了分析研究。 In this paper,a continuous lifting conveyor with"Z"layout mode is taken as the research object.According to the distance between adjacent pallets on the circulation chain and the moving speed of the circulation chain,the lifting conveying capacity of the continuous lifting conveyor is studied and analyzed,and then the moving speed of the circulation chain and the distance between adjacent pallets are determined.In order to make the continuous lifting conveyor reach its maximum lifting conveying capacity,resolve the impact of the continuous overflow occurring in the upstream on the continuous lifting conveyor in a certain period of time,and provide a matching material flow for the working rhythm of the continuous lifting conveyor,the setting and control of upstream equipment and downstream equipment are analyzed and studied.
