江苏装备制造业数字化转型现状与对策建议

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Digital Transformation in Jiangsu Equipment Manufacturing Industry

随着互联网等技术的蓬勃发展,数字经济为装备制造业企业全生命周期一体化发展提供了新机遇新空间。在2021年江苏省跃迁成为全国制造业第一大省的背景下,本文对江苏省100家装备制造业开展实地走访与问卷调研,创设装备制造业数字化发展指标评价体系,调查各企业重点环节数字化、产业链数字化协同、企业数字化信息共享等数字化建设水平。并从数字人才为“主心骨”、关键数字技术为“大动脉”、产业链式合作为“组合拳”、转型经济成本为“硬骨头”、数字设施建设为“淤堵点”五个方面具体阐述江苏省装备制造业数字化转型现状,并总结发展机制形成可推广性借鉴经验,助力数字化赋能制造业发展。

With the vigorous development of technologies such as the Internet,the digital economy has provided new opportunities and spaces for the integrated development of equipment manufacturing enterprises throughout their entire lifecycle.Against the backdrop of Jiangsu Province becoming the largest manufacturing province in China in 2021,this article conducted on-site visits and questionnaire surveys on 100 equipment manufacturing industries in Jiangsu Province,established an evaluation system for digital development indicators of equipment manufacturing industry,and investigated the level of digital construction in key links of various enterprises,industrial chain digital collaboration,and enterprise digital information sharing.And from the five aspects of digital talent as the"backbone",key digital technology as the"main artery",industrial chain cooperation as the"combination fist",the cost of the transformation economy as the"hard bone",and the construction of digital facilities as the"choke point",this paper specifically expounds the current situation of digital transformation of Jiangsu equipment manufacturing industry,and summarizes the development mechanism to form a generalizable reference experience to help the development of digital enabled manufacturing industry.
