摘要 气象资料的分析与应用是天气预报的基础,覆盖全国的气象综合观测网络24 h连续观测的气象数据,目前主要通过运营商4G/5G网络进行传输,对于偏远地区的气象区域自动站而言,其实时的数据传输常常不太稳定。随着北斗卫星组网的日益完善,其全天候无盲区的短报文通信功能很好地解决了该问题。作者采用北斗卫星通信方式构建了自动气象站备份传输系统,设计了基于GIS的传输处理系统,协同传统的运营商网络,组成双路双发、同步入库的完善的气象自动站数据备份传输处理系统。文章还设计了北斗卫星通信气象数据传输系统。 The analysis and application of meteorological data are the basis of weather forecast.The 24-hour continuous meteorological data observed by the comprehensive meteorological observation network covering the whole country are mainly transmitted through the 4G/5G network.For the meteorological regional automatic stations located in remote areas,the real-time data transmission is often unstable.With the increasing improvement of Beidou satellite networking,its short message communication function of all-weather no blind areas solves this problem well.In this paper,the backup and transmission system of automatic weather station is constructed by Beidou satellite communication mode.The transmission processing system based on GIS is designed,which coordinates traditional operator network,and constitutes a dual automatic data backup and transmission system with dual simultaneous interpreting and simultaneous storage.This paper also designs the Beidou satellite communication meteorological data transmission system.
