配电网自动化主站交互与应用技术研究

摘要 PMS2.0系统存在数据质量不高、专题图成图效果差、缺少4类个性化专题图等问题,因而导致PMS2.0系统与配电自动化主站系统集成应用实用化程度不高。针对这个问题设计了基于PMS2.0配电网自动化系统。给出配电自动化的总体框架和需要的软硬件配置,提出基于PMS2.0且包含4类专题图的功能实现和低压台区图成图流程。配电自动化主站图形采用分层分区的思想,给出设计规则,配电主站基于调配用一体化网络模型构建全电网分析功能。进行建设成果展示。 The PMS2.0 system has problems that the data quality is low,the mapping effect of thematic maps is poor,and it lacks four types of personalized thematic maps.These lead that the integrated application of the PMS2.0 system and the distribution automation master station system is not high in practicality.Hence,this paper designs an distribution automation system based on PMS2.0 distribution network.The overall framework of the automation system and the required software and hardware configuration are given.The mapping process based on PMS2.0 is proposed,including the function realization of four types of thematic maps and the mapping process of low-voltage station area maps.The graphics of the distribution automation master station adopts the idea of layering and partitioning,and the design rules are given.The distribution master station builds the whole grid analysis function based on the integrated network model for deployment.The construction results are displayed.
