计及不确定性的新能源微电网负荷线性规划模型构建

摘要 以提升新能源电网消纳量为目的,构建计及不确定性的新能源微电网负荷线性规划模型。上层模型负责规划新能源电网储能装置、电机制冷等机组容量,并将规划后的电网机组容量传输至下层模型。通过设置电网负荷中断、平移等不确定性约束条件,下层模型将该电网负荷不确定性约束条件转换为确定性约束,然后利用两阶段分解方法获取不确定性约束条件的目标值和决策量,获取最佳经济效益结果并将其输入至上层模型,上层模型对电网机组容量进行二次规划,输出最终新能源电网负荷线性规划结果。实验结果表明,应用该模型后新能源电网储能设备冷电、热电利用比得到较大幅度提升,季节性有功损耗上限与下限变化趋势明显,消纳量数值最高为1200 kW,且电网平均收益增长13.83%。 For the purpose of increasing the consumption of new energy grids,a linear programming model of new energy microgrid loads that takes into account the uncertainty is constructed.The upper model is responsible for planning the capacity of new energy grid energy storage devices,motor refrigeration and other units,and transfers the planned grid unit capacity to the lower model.By setting uncertain constraints such as interruptible grid load and shifting,the lower model converts the grid load uncertainty constraints into deterministic constraints,and then uses the two-stage decomposition method to obtain the target values and decision variables of the uncertain constraints.To obtain the best economic results and input them into the upper model,we use the upper model to implement the secondary planning of the grid unit capacity,and output the final new energy grid load linear planning results.The experimental results show that after applying this model,the utilization ratio of cold power and heat power for new energy grid energy storage equipment has been greatly improved.The upper and lower limits of seasonal active power loss have a significant downward trend.The maximum consumption value is 1200 kW,and the average power grid income increases by 13.83%.
