基于数据库与模糊聚类算法的市场化线上售电系统设计

摘要 针对线上售电系统电价参数计量点存在偏差,导致线上售电峰谷联供负荷率偏低的问题,基于数据库与模糊聚类算法,设计市场化线上售电系统。售电系统的硬件设计上参考配变测量器的测量精度基础参数,构建售电配变监测器,根据线上售电模块的偏置结构设计线上售电模块;售电系统的软件设计上应用模糊聚类偏差售电算法,制定线上售电报价策略,并据此确立市场化峰谷分时的电价参数计量点,制定峰谷分时售电定价数据库,统一市场化售电业务系统业务数据,完成市场化线上售电。实验结果表明:基于数据库与模糊聚类算法的市场化线上售电系统线上售电峰谷联供负荷率最高为54.36%,其实际应用价值得到验证。 In view of the deviation of the measurement points of the price parameters of the online power selling system,which leads to the low load ratio of the peak valley combined supply of the online electricity,a market-oriented online power selling system is designed based on the database and fuzzy clustering algorithm.The hardware design of the power distribution system refers to the basic parameters of the distribution sensor to build the power distribution monitor;According to the bias structure of the online power selling circuit,the online power selling module is designed.In software design of the electricity sales system,the pricing strategy of online electricity sales is formulated by fuzzy clustering deviation selling algorithm.Based on this,the measurement point of price parameters of market-oriented peak valley time-sharing is established,and the peak valley time-sharing pricing database is established.The business data of the marketing power sales business system are unified,the market-oriented online power sale is completed.The experimental results show that the load ratio of peak valley combined supply of online power sales system based on database and fuzzy clustering algorithm is 54.36%,and its practical application value is verified.
