摘要
建筑机房运行管理是建筑运维的重要内容,传统建筑机房运维中大量简单重复性的工作需要人工完成。对此在深入分析建筑机房运维需求的基础上,提出将软件机器人技术(RPA)与建筑信息模型(BIM)进行融合,研发基于RPA+BIM的建筑机房远程运维管理平台,用于提升建筑机房运维工作的自动化和远程化能力,减轻建筑机房运行管理的工作强度。在实验项目的应用中表明,相比传统建筑机房运维平台应用其代码复用率达80%,逆向建模效率提升约40%,其建筑机房运维作业远程操作的数字孪生交互能力强,建筑机房巡检能力提升约4倍。
The operation and management of building server room is an important part of building operation and maintenance tasks.Usually,there are a lot of simple and repetitive tasks are done by manually in traditional mode.Therefore,on the basis of in-depth analysis of building server room operation and maintenance requirements,this paper proposes to use software robotics(RPA)technology and combine with building information modeling(BIM)to develop a remote operation and maintenance management platform for RPA+BIM’s building server room.The design improves the automation and remoteness of building server room operation and maintenance work and optimizes the human workloads of building server room operation and management.The application in the experimental project shows that its code reuse rate reaches 80%compared with the traditional methods.The efficiency of reverse modeling increases about 40%.Its digital twin interaction capability of remote operation of building server room O&M operations is well and the building server room inspection capability increases about 4 times.
