摘要
变电站全景图像模型与实际情况相比形变较大,全景可视化效果存在明显差异的问题,因此,设计一种基于三维虚拟技术的变电站全景可视化平台。优化全景可视化平台的硬件架构,利用总线实现平台与硬件结构之间的连接,利用三维激光扫描仪获取变电站中设备的位置形状信息,基于成像过程,标定三维激光扫描仪,减少信息采集误差;利用三维虚拟技术,建立变电站球状全景模型,并根据坐标系之间的关系转换结果,求解实际物体坐标,避免在不同投影平面中再次拼接时产生形变,优化变电站全景可视化平台数据通信中的协议转码方式,完成变电站全景可视化平台设计。以变电柜作为建模对象,设置不同特征点,实例测试结果表明,该模型特征点与变电柜原型之间的距离差距缩小了11.96 mm,具有更好的可视化性能。
In view of the large deformation of substation panoramic image model compared with the actual situation and the obvious difference in panoramic visualization effect,a substation panoramic visualization platform based on 3D virtual technology is designed.We optimize the hardware architecture of the panoramic visualization platform,use the bus technique to realize the connection between the platform and the hardware structure,use the 3D laser scanner to obtain the position and shape information of the equipment in the substation,calibrate the three-dimensional laser scanner based on the imaging process,and reduce the information acquisition error.The spherical panoramic model of substation is established by using 3D virtual technology,and the coordinates of actual objects are solved according to the transformation results of the relationship between coordinate systems,so as to avoid deformation when splicing again in different projection planes.We optimize the negotiated transcoding mode in the data communication of substation panoramic visualization platform,and complete the design of substation panoramic visualization platform.Taking the substation as the modeling object,different feature points are set.The test results show that the distance gap between the feature points of the model and the prototype of the substation is reduced by 11.96 mm,which has better visualization performance.
