基于校外导师制的高校学生创新创业协同教育策略探究

Research on Collaborative Education Strategy of Innovation and Entrepreneurship for College Students Based on Off-campus Tutorial System

协同教育是高校学生创新创业教育改革发展的必要途径,基于校外导师制的高校学生双创协同教育是学生职场竞争力提升、高校创新创业协同教育改革和国内外高校创业教育发展的具体实践举措。然而,部分高校学生创新创业协同教育面临协同教育格局不足、高校管理能力不足、导师培训机制缺失、评价机制不全面等问题,需要高校、企业等主体共同营造新的教育教学环境,通过完善教学管理机制、加强彼此之间的合作,以及共同提升教育考核水平等策略,重构全新的创新创业协同教育体系,促推校外导师制发展更加成熟。

Collaborative education is a necessary way for the reform and development of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education.Collaborative education for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship based on off-campus tutorial system is a concrete practical measure for improving students'workplace competitiveness,the reform of collaborative education for innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities,and the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities at home and abroad.However,some college students'collaborative education in innovation and entrepreneurship is facing some problems,such as insufficient collaborative education pattern,insufficient management ability of colleges and universities,lack of tutor training mechanism,and incomplete evaluation mechanism.It is necessary for universities,enterprises and other subjects to jointly create a new education and teaching environment,and reconstruct a brand-new collaborative education system in innovation and entrepreneurship by improving teaching management mechanism,strengthening cooperation among them,and jointly improving education assessment level,so as to promote the development of off-campus tutorial system to be more mature.
