摘要
随着社会对应用型创新人才需求的增加,培养支持地方经济社会发展的应用型人才已成为众多地方高校的人才培养目标。新工科建设背景下,加强校企合作实践教育基地建设,对提高学生的工程实践能力和技术创新能力具有重要的意义。针对目前校企合作实践教育基地存在的问题,提出从“一核心两重点”的实践教学体系改革、构建“一基础、两平台、多层次”的实践教学新模式、建立“管理-制度-监督-评价”的实践教育基地运行机制、打造双师型师资队伍等方面探索校企合作实践教育基地建设的途径。
With the increasing demand for applied innovative talents,training applied talents to support local economic and social development has become the talent training goal of many local universities.Under the background of new engineering construction,strengthening the construction of school-enterprise cooperation practice education base is of great significance to improve students'engineering practice ability and technological innovation ability.In view of the problems existing in the current practice education base of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper puts forward some ways to explore the construction of practice education base of school-enterprise cooperation from the aspects of“one core and two emphases”practice teaching system reform,“one foundation,two platforms and multiple levels”practice teaching model,“management-system-supervision-evaluation”practice education base operation mechanism,and the construction of double-qualified teachers.
