建筑场所精神演绎——以永泰梧桐君澜度假酒店设计为例

Spiritual Interpretation of Architectural Places——Take the design of Yongtai wutong Junlan Resort Hotel as an example

以永泰梧桐君澜度假酒店的设计、建造过程为背景,基于对永泰民居建筑"场所精神"的充分解读,深入剖析建筑场所精神的传递与演绎,从"布局"至"造屋"乃至"造空间"的过渡中,分析建筑场所精神由外而内的深刻转变。本文从场所精神的六个重要呈现要素:宏观地理空间布局、建筑单体布局规制、建筑空间序列的基本结构、建筑空间序列的情景转换、建筑空间尺度的抑扬顿挫、建筑外在风貌与形式,逐一展开分析,充分论证并研究建筑场所精神的演绎方法。实践证明:传承传统地域文化与建筑空间布局手法的设计策略,能够在新建建筑的空间氛围塑造中,充分达成场所精神的传递与共鸣,可为类似的建筑设计提供参考。

This article takes the design and construction process of Yongtai wutong Junlan Resort Hotel as the background,based on the full interpretation of the"place spirit"of Yongtai residential buildings,deeply analyzes the transmission and interpretation of the building place spirit,and analyzes the profound transformation of the building place spirit from outside to inside in the transition from"layout"to"building"and even"building space".This article analyzes the six important presentation elements of the spirit of place:macro geographical spatial layout,regulation of building individual layout,basic structure of building spatial sequence,scene transformation of building spatial sequence,fluctuation of building spatial scale,and external style and form of building,and fully demonstrates and studies the deductive methods of the spirit of building place.Practice has proven that the design strategy of inheriting traditional regional culture and architectural spatial layout techniques can fully achieve the transmission and resonance of the spirit of the place in the shaping of the spatial atmosphere of new buildings,and can provide reference for similar architectural designs.
