摘要
针对钢桥面柔性铺装病害频发的问题,提出采用纤维混凝土替代部分沥青柔性铺装,通过有限元分析软件MSC.Marc建立T型加劲肋钢顶板-纤维混凝土组合桥面板实体有限元分析模型,选取纤维混凝土厚度、钢顶板厚度、T肋翼缘板厚度及横隔板间距4个参数进行力学性能分析。研究表明:纤维混凝土层的厚度及T肋翼缘板厚度的改变对组合桥面板的刚度影响显著;纤维混凝土层和钢顶板的厚度变化均对其影响较大,随着纤维混凝土及钢顶板厚度的增加,界面剪应力明显下降;增大横隔板间距对各力学指标的影响不太明显;在30m跨径下的T型加劲肋钢顶板-纤维混凝土组合桥面各构造参数的合理范围如下:纤维混凝土层厚度宜为80mm、钢顶板厚度宜为14mm;T肋厚度宜为10mm、横隔板间距应取1.5m。
Aiming at the frequent problems of flexible pavement of steel bridge deck,Put forward the fiber concrete is replace part of the asphalt flexible pavement,the finite element analysis model of T-stiffened steel roof and fiber concrete composite bridge panel was established by the finite element analysis software MSC.Marc,four parameters,namely,thickness of fiber reinforced concrete,thickness of steel roof,thickness of T-rib flange plate and spacing of diaphragm,were selected to analyze the mechanical properties.The results show that the stiffness of composite bridge panels is significantly affected by the thickness of fiber reinforced concrete layer and the thickness of T-rib flange plate,with the increase of the thickness of fiber reinforced concrete layer and steel roof,the interfacial shear stress decreases obviously.The influence of increasing the spacer distance on the mechanical index is not obvious;The reasonable range of structural parameters of T-stiffened steel roof and fiber reinforced concrete composite deck under 30m span is as follows:the thickness of fiber reinforced concrete layer should be 80mm,the thickness of steel roof should be 14mm;The thickness of T rib should be 10mm,and the spacing of diaphragm should be 1.5m.
