摘要
近年来EPC项目超概、项目出现亏损的案例屡见不鲜,折射出承包商造价管理出现较多的问题,承包商应通过有效的全过程造价管理提高项目效益。本文通过对工程造价管理和EPC项目模式的理论知识进行分析,站在承包商角度,论述造价管理在EPC项目实施过程中的应用。
In recent years,lots of cases such as over-budgeting of EPC projects and project losses become the common phenomenon,reflecting many problems in contractor cost management.And the contractor shall improve the project efficiency through effective whole-process cost management.Therefore,by analysis of the theoretical knowledge of project cost management and EPC project mode,this paper discussed the application of cost management in the implementation process of EPC project from the perspective of the contractor.
