太行鸡、海兰灰蛋鸡1~91日龄消化器官发育规律的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章旨在研究分析太行鸡和海兰灰蛋鸡消化器官发育的差异。试验选择1日龄太行鸡、海兰灰蛋鸡各120只,公母各半。分别在5、9、14、21、28、35、42、49、56、63、77、91日龄测定消化道各段的长度和重量,分析其变化规律。结果表明:(1)太行鸡、海兰灰蛋鸡总消化道初生平均重3.86、4.42 g,91 d重64.55、84.11 g;(2)各消化器官与体重的比值,太行鸡9日龄前、海兰灰蛋鸡5日龄前最大以后逐渐降低,分别于35、42日龄后各消化器官重量与体重的比值趋于稳定;(3)太行鸡、海兰灰蛋鸡各消化器官占总消化道的比值由高到低的顺序基本一致,依次为肌胃、空肠、十二指肠、回肠、直肠、盲肠、腺胃和胰腺;(4)总肠道长度初生平均长为42.58、55.44 cm,91日龄为145.58、163.13 cm;与出生时相比,消化道长度的增长远低于同期重量的增加;(5)随日龄的增加,肠道各段占总肠道长度的比值无显著变化。 This experiment was conducted to analyze the difference of digestive organ development between Taihang layer and Hy-Line layer.Choose 1D Taihang layer and Hy-Line layer 120 each,half male and half female.The length and weight of the digestive tract were measured at 5,9,14,21,28,35,42,49,56,63,77 and 91 days respectively.Analyze its change rule.The results showed that:(1)The average weight of the total digestive tract of Taihang layer and Hy-Line layer was 3.86,4.42 g,91 D 64.55 and 84.11 g respectively.(2)The ratios of digestive organs to body weight of Taihang layer before 9 days and Hy-Line layer before 5 days decreased gradually,and the ratios of digestive organs to body weight tended to be stable after 35 and 42 days,respectively.(3)The ratio of each digestive organ to the total digestive tract in Taihang chicken and Hailan gray laying chicken is basically consistent in order from high to low,which is muscle stomach,jejunum,duodenum,ileum,rectum,cecum,glandular stomach,and pancreas;(4)The average length of total intestinal tract was 42.58,55.44 cm,91 D 145.58 and 163.13 cm respectively;The growth of the digestive tract was much lower than that of the same period at birth.(5)With the increase of age,the ratio of total intestinal length to intestinal tract did not change significantly.
