早期断奶对仔猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响

摘要 文章旨在研究早期断奶对仔猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。试验将75只日龄相近仔猪随机分成3组,每组5个重复。EW-1组于21 d断奶,EW-2组于28 d断奶,EW-3组于35 d断奶,试验为期50 d。结果表明:(1)EW-3组较EW-1组可显著提高仔猪终末体重和平均日增重,降低料肉比和腹泻率(P<0.05);(2)EW-3组仔猪超氧化物歧化酶活性、总抗氧化能力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性较EW-1组仔猪均显著提高(P<0.05),但丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05);(3)EW-3组仔猪总蛋白含量、白蛋白含量、谷草转氨酶活性、谷丙转氨酶活性和碱性磷酸酶活性较EW-1组仔猪均显著提高(P<0.05),各试验组间仔猪总胆固醇、甘油三酯和血清尿素含量均差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,35 d断奶能提高平均日增重,降低料肉比和腹泻发生率,同时可仔猪改善血清生化指标和抗氧化力。 The experiment aims to explore the effects of early weaning on the growth performance and serum biochemical indicators of piglets.75 piglets of similar age were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates in each group.The EW-1 group was weaned on 21 days,the EW-2 group was weaned on 28 days,and the EW-3 group was weaned on 35 days.The experimental period was 50 days.The results showed that:(1)The EW-3 group significantly increased the final body weight and average daily gain of piglets compared to the EW-1 group,while reducing the feed to meat ratio and diarrhea rate(P<0.05);(2)The activities of superoxide dismutase,total antioxidant capacity,glutathione peroxidase and catalase in EW-3 group were significantly higher than those in EW-1 group(P<0.05).(3)The total protein content,albumin content,glutamic grass transaminase activity,glutamic pyruvic transaminase activity and alkaline phosphatase activity of piglets in EW-3 group were significantly higher than those in EW-1 group.In conclusion,weaning at 35 d increased the average daily weight gain,reduced the incidence of meat ratio and diarrhea,and improved serum biochemical parameters and antioxidant power.
