全混合日粮中DDGS替代玉米对奶牛泌乳性能、乳品质及瘤胃发酵的影响 被引量:1

摘要 文章旨在研究全混合日粮中DDGS替代玉米对奶牛泌乳性能、乳品质及瘤胃发酵的影响。试验选取80头品种、胎次相同,产奶量、泌乳天数接近的荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头。对照组(D0组)根据全混合日粮调配奶牛基础日粮,试验1(D10组)、2(D20组)、3组(D30组)分别采用10%、20%、30%DDGS等量替代基础日粮中的玉米原料,试验为期60 d。结果表明:(1)D20组、D30组总产奶量显著高于D0组、D10组(P<0.05),D20组、D30组平均日产奶量显著高于D0组、D10组(P<0.05),D20组料奶比显著低于D0组(P<0.05)。(2)D20组、D30组乳脂率显著高于D0组、D10组(P<0.05),D20组、D30组乳蛋白率显著高于D0组(P<0.05),D20组、D30组总固形物显著高于D0组(P<0.05)。(3)D10组、D20组、D30组氨态氮浓度显著高于D0组(P<0.05),D20组、D30组乙酸占比显著高于D0组、D10组(P<0.05),D20组、D30组丙酸占比显著低于D0组(P<0.05),D20组、D30组乙丙比显著高于D0组、D10组(P<0.05)。结论:全混合日粮中20%DDGS等量替代玉米原料可有效提高奶牛泌乳性能和乳品质,改善瘤胃发酵。 The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effects of DDGS replacing corn in a Total Mixed Ration on milk production performance,milk quality,and rumen fermentation in dairy cows.Select 80 Holstein cows of the same breed and parity,with similar milk production and lactation days,and randomly divide them into 4 groups,with 4 replicates in each group,with 5 cows in each replicate.The control group(D0 group)was allocated a basic diet for dairy cows based on the Total Mixed Ration.Experiment 1(D10 group),2(D20 group),and 3(D30 group)used 10%,20%,and 30%DDGS to replace corn raw materials in the basic diet,respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed that:(1)The total milk production of the D20 and D30 groups was significantly higher than that of the D0 and D10 groups(P<0.05),the average daily milk production of the D20 and D30 groups was significantly higher than that of the D0 and D10 groups(P<0.05),and the feed to milk ratio of the D20 group was significantly lower than that of the D0 group(P<0.05).(2)The milk fat rate of the D20 and D30 groups was significantly higher than that of the D0 and D10 groups(P<0.05),and the milk protein rate of the D20 and D30 groups was significantly higher than that of the D0 group(P<0.05).The total solid content of the D20 and D30 groups was significantly higher than that of the D0 group(P<0.05).(3)The concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the D10,D20,and D30 groups was significantly higher than that in the D0 group(P<0.05),the proportion of acetic acid in the D20 and D30 groups was significantly higher than that in the D0 and D10 groups(P<0.05),and the proportion of propionic acid in the D20 and D30 groups was significantly lower than that in the D0 group(P<0.05).The proportion of acetic acid to propylene in the D20 and D30 groups was significantly higher than that in the D0 and D10 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Replacing corn raw material with 20%DDGS in a Total Mixed Ration can effectively improve milk production performance and quality of dairy cows,and improve rumen fermentation.
