大学生饲料产业创业与“双创型”新农人培养的融合研究

当前大学生饲料产业创业依然存在许多问题,将大学生饲料产业创业与“双创型”新农人培养融合,有益于大学生饲料产业创业的成功。我国乡村振兴战略的实施提供了两者融合的政策条件,乡村饲料基地的建设提供了两者融合的场地物质条件,饲料基地成熟的创业者提供了两者融合的师资与经验条件。为了推动大学生饲料产业创业与“双创型”新农人培养融合,需要多方协同努力,由政府牵头引领,积极推进饲料基地与高校涉农专业合作,同时高校也要加快涉农专业教学改革,突出创业实践教学。饲料基地可以提供饲料创业顾问,多渠道与全方位地为“双创型”饲料新农人培养提供创业条件。

Currently,there are still many problems in the entrepreneurship of college students in the feed industry.Integrating college students'feed industry entrepreneurship with the cultivation of“double innovation”new farmers is beneficial for the success of college students'feed industry entrepreneurship.The implementation of China's rural revitalization strategy provides policy conditions for the integration of the two,the construction of rural feed bases provides material conditions for the integration of the two,and mature entrepreneurs in feed bases provide teachers and experience conditions for the integration of the two.In order to promote the integration of college students'entrepreneurship in the feed industry and the cultivation of“double innovation”new farmers,it is necessary to make concerted efforts from multiple parties,with the government leading and actively promoting the cooperation between feed bases and agricultural majors in universities.At the same time,universities should also accelerate the teaching reform of agricultural majors and highlight the practical teaching of entrepreneurship.The feed base provides feed entrepreneurship consultants,and multi-channel and all-round entrepreneurship conditions for the cultivation of“double innovation”feed new farmers.
