摘要
饲料企业在经营管理中潜藏着各种风险,如市场风险、生产安全风险、贸易风险等。如何通过制定完善的公司章程建立科学的风险防范措施,有效控制风险、保障其正常运营和可持续发展,是饲料企业管理者必须要面对和亟须解决的问题。文章从公司章程视角出发,探究饲料企业的风险防范与路径优化策略,以期为饲料企业高质量发展提供参考。
There are various risks in the management of feed enterprises,such as market risk,production safety risk,trade risk and so on.How to establish scientific risk prevention measures by formulating perfect articles of association,effectively control risks and ensure its normal operation and sustainable development is a problem that managers of feed enterprises must face and solve.From the perspective of the articles of association,this paper explores the risk prevention and path optimization strategies of feed enterprises in order to provide reference for the high-quality development of feed enterprises.
