社会工作赋能贫困治理面临着多重现实困境,例如服务质量不高,反脱贫成效巩固困难,深入群众不足,反贫经验知识有限等。在新时代的社会历史场域中,社会工作赋能贫困治理作为“社会有机体”的一项复杂的系统性工程,需要多项举措齐头并进、协同发力,进而实现良性互动的治理效能。社会工作者在扶贫工作中要善于从物质、精神、心理、文化和生态等多向度为贫困群众开展脱贫服务,通过转变贫困群众精神状态、意识提升,为贫困群众赋权增能。

At present,there remain real difficulties like poor service quality,unsustainable changes in the poor population,insufficient access to the public,lack of thorough solutions,etc.,in social works empowerment on poverty governance.In the socio-historic context of the new era,social works empowerment on poverty governance,as a complicated systematic project of“social organism”,is in need of more improved measures and multi-departmental synergy to achieve positive interactional effects.Social workers should carry out their services from multi-dimensions like material,mental,psychological,cultural and ecological aspects.The empowerment can be realised through changing public s poor mental status and raising their awareness.
