Through analyzing the characteristics of college student management under post-pandemic era,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by college student management under post-pandemic era.On the basis of the basic concept followed by the reform of the college student management system and mechanism,this paper actively explores the corresponding solutions to the college student management,providing a reference for the college student management under post-pandemic era.
