Exploration of Cultivating Clinical Innovative Research Talents in Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics

2012年医学检验的本科教育改革,大部分高校将5年制医学检验调整为4年,不再授予医学学士学位。这可能导致医院检验科工作人员和临床脱离,不利于医学检验真正服务临床,而只是对临床的标本负责。文章探讨了在研究生阶段培养临床检验诊断学临床创新研究人才的培养途径,进一步建立医学检验和临床联系,将临床和科研相结合,以期更好地服务临床。

In the reform of undergraduate education of medical laboratory science in 2012,most universities changed the five-year program of medical laboratory science to four years,and these graduated students are no longer awarded medical bachelor's degree.This may lead to the separation of hospital laboratory staff from clinical practice,which is not conducive to medical laboratory truly serving clinical practice and only being responsible for clinical specimens.Therefore,how to train clinical innovative research talents of clinical laboratory diagnostics in the postgraduate stage is particularly important,further establish the connection between medical laboratory and clinical practice,combine clinical and scientific research,and better serve clinical practice.
