摘要
[目的]探析微生物发酵饲料对育肥猪生产性能的影响,为微生物发酵产品的进一步研发、应用提供理论基础。[方法]在同群猪中挑选60头平均体重为60 kg的杜长大三元杂交猪,随机分为2个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复5头猪。2组均在相同条件下使用豆粕-玉米型日粮进行饲喂,对照组为常规饲料组(基础饲料添加抗生素),试验组是微生物发酵饲料(无抗基础饲料发酵处理)。[结果]与对照组相比较,饲喂微生物发酵饲料组的育肥猪生产性能更好,其中试验组料肉比显著增加,平均日增重、日均采食量也有所增长,但差异不显著。对比微生物发酵对饲料中营养成分消化率的影响发现,微生物发酵饲料组育肥猪的粗脂肪、粗纤维存在显著的组间差异,而其余指标均无显著影响。[结论]在相同饲养管理条件下,微生物发酵饲料产生的育肥效果接近并优于添加抗生素的常规饲料,使育肥猪的生产性能和养殖效益均得到极大提高。
[Objectives]To study the effect of fermented microbial feed on the production performance of fattening pigs and to provide a theoretical basis for the further development and application of fermented microbial products.[Methods]60 Tudor Ternary crossbred pigs with an average body weight of 60 kg were selected from the same herd and randomly divided into 2 treatment groups,each with 6 replicates and 5 pigs per replicate.Both groups were fed with a soybean meal-corn diet under the same conditions.The control group was a conventional feed group(basic feed supplemented with antibiotics),while the experimental group was a fermented microbial feed(fermented basic feed without antibiotics).[Results]The fattening pigs fed with microbial fermented feed had better production performance compared with the control group.Among them,the experimental group showed a significant increase in the ratio of feed to meat.There was an increase in average gain of daily weight and daily intaking of feed as well,but the difference was not significant.Comparing the effect of microbial fermentation on the digestibility of nutrients in feed,it was found that there were significant inter-group differences in crude fat and crude fiber of the fattening pigs in the fermented microbial feed group,while other indicators had no significant impact.[Conclusions]Under the same conditions of feeding and management,the fattening effect produced by fermented microbial feed was close to and superior to that of conventional feed supplemented with antibiotics,greatly improving the production performance and breeding efficiency of fattening pigs.
