我国物流枢纽城市物流服务创新能力发展评价

An Evaluation on the Development of the Innovation Ability of Logistics Services in Logistics Hub Cities in China

本文选择2019年国家发展改革委和交通运输部联合发布的23个物流枢纽城市作为研究对象,建立了城市物流创新能力评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法对枢纽城市物流服务创新能力进行评价分析。研究表明,增加物流服务创新投入能力,对物流枢纽城市物流服务创新能力的提升最大,改善物流服务创新环境支撑能力的影响次之;中国物流枢纽城市物流的服务创新能力发展势头稳中向好,但区域之间仍存在发展不平衡的现象。

This article selects 23 logistics hub cities jointly released by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport in 2019 as the research object.Then it establishes an evaluation index system for the innovation capability of urban logistics to make an evaluation and analysis on the innovation capability of the logistics services in hub cities with the entropy weight method of TOPSIS.The results show that increasing the investment capacity of logistics service innovation has the greatest impact on the improvement of the innovation capacity of logistics hub cities,followed by improving the supporting capacity of the innovation environment of logistics services.The logistics of hub cities in China has registered a stable performance with good momentum for development in terms of service innovation capability,but there is still a phenomenon of uneven development among regions.
