吴鞠通治呃逆经验探讨

Discussion on Experience by WU Jutong in Treating Hiccup

清代温病大家吴鞠通的著作《温病条辨》中,有六处关于呃逆的记载。对呃逆不仅从中焦脾胃论治,更提出了从上焦肺、下焦肝肾论治的独特治疗原则,并指出了呃逆危候的治禁。病在上焦,轻宣肺痹,用宣痹汤。病在中焦,实热闭塞需通利,用承气汤类方;湿热壅遏需通降,用橘皮竹茹汤加减;寒湿困遏需扶阳抑阴,用附子粳米汤。病在下焦,填补肝肾,用小定风珠。

In the work by warm disease master WU Jutong in Qing Dynasty,Detailed Analysis of Warm Diseases,there are six entries of hiccup.The treatment of hiccups is not only from spleen and stomach in the middle energizer,but also from lung in the upper energizer and liver and kidney in the lower energizer,which is a unique treatment principles.Besides,contraindications of hiccup also are indicated.For disease in the upper energizer,Xuanbi Decoction(宣痹汤)should be applied for light dispersing lung bi.For disease in the middle energizer,excessive heat blocking should be treated with purging using Chengqi Decoction(承气汤)or similar formulas;damp heat accumulating and blocking should be treated with purging and lowering,using Jupi Zhuru Decoction(橘皮竹茹汤)with modification;cold dampness blocking should be treated with strengthening yang and suppressing yin,using Fuzi Jingmi Decoction(附子粳米汤).For disease in the lower energizer,Xiaodingfeng Bead(小定风珠)should be applied for supplementing and nourishing liver and kidney.
