With the arrival of the era of big data,big data is more and more widely used in the assessment and evaluation of university teachers.In particular,under the background of the reform of the comprehensive evaluation of education and“Breaking the Five-Only”,the assessment and evaluation of university teachers is required to be graded,multi object classified and full cycled.Big data not only has high statistical accuracy and efficiency for quantitative indicators of assessment and evaluation,but also can realize the full cycle recording and sharing of assessment and evaluation data,which greatly improves the accuracy and time-sensitive of assessment and evaluation.This paper will deeply analyze the current situation and existing problems of the application of big data in assessment and evaluation of university teachers,and explore how to use big data to further improve the effect of teacher classification assessment and evaluation,so as to inject new vitality into the assessment and evaluation of university teachers.
