大数据在高校教师考核评价中的应用和思考

摘要 随着大数据时代的到来,大数据在高校教师考核评价过程中的应用越来越广泛,特别是在综合教育改革评价和“破五唯”背景下,对高校教师提出了分级、分类多元化和全周期考核评价的要求。运用大数据手段不仅可以使考核评价量化指标统计精度高、效率快,还可以实现考核评价数据的全周期记录和共享,极大地提高了考核评价的精准性和时效性。深入分析大数据在高校教师考核评价过程中的应用现状和存在的问题,探讨如何利用大数据手段进一步提升教师分类考核评价效果,为高校教师考核评价注入新的活力。 With the arrival of the era of big data,big data is more and more widely used in the assessment and evaluation of university teachers.In particular,under the background of the reform of the comprehensive evaluation of education and“Breaking the Five-Only”,the assessment and evaluation of university teachers is required to be graded,multi object classified and full cycled.Big data not only has high statistical accuracy and efficiency for quantitative indicators of assessment and evaluation,but also can realize the full cycle recording and sharing of assessment and evaluation data,which greatly improves the accuracy and time-sensitive of assessment and evaluation.This paper will deeply analyze the current situation and existing problems of the application of big data in assessment and evaluation of university teachers,and explore how to use big data to further improve the effect of teacher classification assessment and evaluation,so as to inject new vitality into the assessment and evaluation of university teachers.
