摘要
“植物细胞工程”是植物学和生物学相关专业的核心课程,是一门既能应用于植物生物学理论研究又能应用于农林业和工业生产的科学技术。为了提高研究生“植物细胞工程”课程课堂教学质量和培养学生的创新能力,高校在多年教学和科研实践的基础上,通过引入植物细胞工程方面的一些前沿科研成果,采用启发式和案例式教学方法及过程性考核方式,从教学内容、教学方式及考核机制方面对本课程教学进行了一系列优化。实践证明,课程教学效果有所提升。
Plant Cell Engineering is a core course of the major of Botany.It is not only associated with the theories of Biology but also the application of agroforestry practice.In order to improve the quality of classroom teaching,the authors optimized the teaching content,teaching method and grading policy,by introducing the cutting-edge scientific research findings based on years of teaching and research experiences,using heuristic education and case-based teaching methods in combination with the process-oriented assessment methods.The result shows that the teaching effect has been improved.
