探索非重症医学专业学生轮转ICU的教学模式

摘要 近年来国家大力推动重症医学发展,不断重视重症医学专业人才培养,提高重症医学专业水平。重症医学高速发展的同时,重症医学教学面临诸多问题和挑战。非重症医学专业学生轮转ICU已成为常态,如何在短时间内培养非重症医学专业学生处理危急重症的能力是教学的难点。通过总结广西医科大学第一附属医院重症医学科多年来的临床教学经验,采用多模式立体教学方法,从ICU专科知识、操作技能、人文素质与沟通能力等方面探讨非重症医学专业学生教学的新思路。 In recent years,our country has vigorously promoted the development of Intensive care medicine,constantly attached importance to the talent training to improve the professional level of Intensive care medicine.Teaching of critical care medicine faces great deal of difficulties and challenges with its rapid development.It has become the norm for students majoring in non-critical care medicine to rotate in the department of intensive care unit.Obviously,it is very difficult to develop the ability of students majoring in non-intensive medicine to deal with critical illnesses in such short time.This paper summarizes the clinical teaching experience of the Department of Intensive Care Unit,The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University over the years,adopts a multidimensional teaching mode,and discusses new teaching ideas for non-critical care medical students from the aspects of theoretical knowledge,operational skills,humanity and communication ability.
