新会计制度背景下医院财务人才培养模式探析

摘要 通过实地调查和深度访谈,发现当前医院财务人才培养存在目标定位缺少系统规划、内容体系不完善、形式机械单一、跟踪评价不到位等问题。根据新会计制度背景下医院对财务人才的需求,济宁医学院公共事业管理(医院财务方向)专业构建并实践了以决策支持为人才培养的理念,旨在培养高素质、管理型应用人才的医院财务人才培养模式。为保障人才培养质量,建设医院财务实训中心,构建校企医协同运行机制,实行双导师指导制度,规范师资培训制度。 Through field investigation and in-depth interviews,it is found that there are some problems in the current hospital financial personnel training,such as the lack of systematic planning,the imperfect content system,mechanical and single form,and the inadequate tracking and evaluation.According to the needs of hospitals for financial talents under the background of the new accounting system,the public affairs management(hospital financial direction)specialty of Jining Medical University takes decision support as talent training idea,has constructed and practiced personnel training model,aiming to cultivate high-quality and management oriented practical personnel.In order to ensure the quality of personnel training,a hospital financial training center is built,a school enterprise medical cooperative operation mechanism is designed,a dual tutor guidance system and a standardized teacher training system are created.
