基于中小学课后服务的地方师范生培养策略研究

摘要 课后服务的有效开展对解决民生问题、促进学生健康成长以及提升民众的幸福感具有重要的意义,也是落实“双减”政策的路径之一。增强教育服务能力需要优秀的教师队伍,教学实践活动是师范生培养的重要环节之一,基于课后服务活动开展实践型教师培养,可以提升师范生的实践教学能力。研究课后服务的价值及问题、课后服务中的师资供给现状、师范生对课后服务提供支持的可行性分析等,提出以课后服务为抓手,推进师范生培养工作的几点参考策略。 The effective development of after-school service is of great significance to solve the livelihood problems,promote the healthy growth of students and enhance the happiness of the people,and is also one of the ways to implement the double-reduction policy.To enhance the ability of education service requires excellent teachers.Teaching practice is one of the important links in the training of normal university students.Training practical teachers based on after-school service activities can improve the practical teaching ability of normal university students.This paper aims to study the value and problems of after-school service;current situation of teacher supply in after-school service;the feasibility of normal university students’support for afterschool service,and puts forward several reference strategies to promote the training of normal university students by taking afterschool service as the starting point.
