中心密集城区雨水调蓄设施集约化建设方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 为控制城市初期雨水径流污染,以及助力排水系统提标,雨水调蓄设施的应用日益广泛。然而,在中心密集城区,调蓄设施的选址和运维逐渐成为一个难题。以上海某排水系统为例,提出了在系统末端结合雨水泵站及河底空间建设调蓄设施的技术方案。方案通过自清洗流道设计,实现少维护/免维护的目标;通过建设功能综合体,将涉及常规功能、拓展功能、恢复功能的三类设施集约化布置,并可实现“转输处理+就地处理”复合模式。研究还提出了针对河底调蓄建设方案进一步推广应用的相关建议,可为城市密集区调蓄设施的建设提供参考借鉴。 In order to control the pollution of initial rainwater runoff in urban area and help im-prove the standard of drainage system,rainwater storage facilities are increasingly widely used.However,in the central dense urban area,the location,operation and maintenance of storage facil-ities have gradually become a difficult problem.Taking a drainage system in Shanghai as an exam-ple,the technical scheme of building a rainwater storage tank at the end of the system combined with the pump station and the river bottom space was put forward.The scheme realized the goal of less maintenance/no maintenance through the design of self-cleaning flow channels.Through the construction of functional complex,three types of facilities involving conventional function,expan-sion function and recovery function were intensively arranged,and the composite mode of ex-situ treatment+in-situ treatment could be realized.Relevant suggestions for the further application of construction scheme of rainwater storage facilities under the river were also put forward,which would provide reference for the construction of storage facilities in dense urban areas.
