摘要
兰炭废水具有高含油量、高氨氮、高有机物等特点,采用短程硝化厌氧氨氧化工艺强化脱氮除碳工艺作为生化处理主工艺,现场运行效果表明,兰炭废水COD去除率可达到90%以上,NH3-N去除率可达到96%以上,TN去除率可达到75%~80%,氰化物的去除率可达到98%以上。生化处理及后处理出水水质可达到《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB16171-2012)中间接排放标准,为后续深度处理创造了良好的运行环境。
Semi-coking wastewater has the characteristics of high oil content,high ammonia nitrogen,high organic matter.Using the SHARON-ANAMMOX process as the main biochemical treatment process,according to the field operation effect,the semi-coking wastewater,the removal rate of COD can reach more than 90%,the removal rate of NH3-N can reach more than 96%,the removal rate of TN can reach 75%~80%and the removal rate of CN-can reach more than 98%.The effluent water quality meets the indirect discharge standard in the Discharge standard of pollutants for the coking chemical industry(GB 16171-2012),creating a good operating environment for further treatment.
