空调循环冷却水系统补充水量的计算方法与分析

摘要 建筑空调循环冷却水补充水量的计算有利于确保系统的补水功能需求和系统的节约用水。分析了系统补充水量的组成,系统的补充水量主要包括蒸发损失水量、飘逸损失水量、排污损失水量和渗漏损失水量等。提供了系统补充水量的计算方法,在蒸发损失水量的计算中,给出了蒸发损失系数法、热量平衡近似法和热量平衡精确法,将空气的焓值和含湿量引入蒸发损失水量的计算。通过5个典型城市补充水量的计算,对补充水量各部分之间的关系、蒸发损失水量计算进行了分析,提出了系统补充水量的确定方法。影响系统补充水流量的主要有冷却塔蒸发损失和涉及到排污损失的浓缩倍数,并与冷却塔温差相关。蒸发损失水量宜按热量平衡精确法计算。 It is beneficial to ensure the system's replenishment function demand and system's water saving of circulating cooling water to the calculation of makeup water flow in building air conditioning.The paper analyzes the composition of makeup water flow of system.The system makeup water flow mainly includes evaporation loss water,floating loss water,sewage loss water and leakage loss water.It provides the calculation method of makeup water flow of system.In the calculation of evaporation loss water,the paper gives the evaporation loss coefficient method,the heat balance approximate method and the heat balance exact method,it introduces the enthalpy and moisture content of air into the calculation of evaporation loss water.Based on the calculation of the replenishment water in five typical cities,the paper analyzes the relationship between each part of makeup water flow and the calculation of the evaporation loss water.It puts forward the determination method of makeup water flow of system.The main factors affecting of makeup water flow are evaporation loss of cooling tower and concentration multiple related to sewage loss,and which are related to temperature difference of cooling tower.The makeup water flow should be based on the heat balance exact method.
