Summary and consideration of water supply and drainage design of Tusi Design Headquarters Building

近年来,随着住建部及各级地政府对节能、绿色建筑的建设要求和持续推广,以及相关双碳的政策要求。绿色、健康、低碳是每个建设项目首先要考虑的问题。本项目按绿色三星、健康三星、LEED金级标准,结合建筑、内装、景观设计布局,并充分利用主被动式的绿色建筑策略,致力打造一座绿色、低碳、健康大厦。

In recent years,with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and local governments at all levels of the construction requirements and continuous promotion of energy conservation and green buildings,as well as the relevant dual-carbon policy requirements.Green and low-carbon are the first issues to consider in every construction project.At the beginning of the design of this project,it was clearly proposed that it is necessary to build a green and low-carbon building with green three stars,health three stars and LEED gold grade.The project design fully combines the active and passive green building strategy,and is committed to building a new generation of benchmark green and low-carbon office buildings.
