旅游特色小镇“三生”空间演变及优化——以景德镇市瑶里镇为例

Spatial Evolution and Optimization of"Production,Living and Ecology"in Tourism Characteristic Towns——A Case Study of Yaoli Town,Jingdezhen City

以浮梁县瑶里镇为例,采用田野调查法并构建“三生”空间分类体系,选取1997年和2021年2个时间段,运用Arc-GIS10.8软件,分析旅游发展前、后瑶里镇土地“三生”空间分布规律,从而揭示旅游发展对旅游特色小镇“三生”空间的影响,并探讨了瑶里镇空间优化路径。研究表明:(1)旅游开发对研究区域“三生”空间用地结构转变产生了较大的影响,生产、生活空间减少,出现了新型复合空间。(2)旅游开发后,“三生”空间用地功能多样化,以服务旅游业为主。(3)城镇景观风貌从原始化转向现代化,呈现新型城镇化趋势。根据瑶里镇的实际情况,提出了强化生态环境治理,将生态空间有效转化为生产-生态空间、提升生产空间效益,发展特色产业、提升生活空间质量,完善公共基础设施等空间优化策略,使乡村空间利用率最大化。

This study takes Yaoli Town of Fuliang County as an example.Based on the field survey method,it builds the spatial classification system of"production,living and ecology".Two periods in 1997 and 2021 are selected,and ArcGIS10.8 is used to analyze the spatial distribution of"production,living and ecology"in Yaoli Town before and after tourism development,so as to reveal the impact of tourism development on the"production,living and ecology"space of the town with tourism characteristics.The spatial optimization path of Yaoli Town is also discussed.The results show that:(1)tourism development has a great impact on the transformation of the land use structure,with the decrease of production and live space and the emergence of new composite space.(2)After the tourism development,the space and land functions of"production,living and ecology"are diversified,mainly serving the tourism industry.(3)The urban landscape has changed from primitive to modern,showing the trend of new urbanization.According to the actual situation of Yaoli Town,space optimization strategies such as strengthening ecological environment governance,effectively transforming ecological space into production-ecological space,improving the efficiency of production space,developing characteristic industries,improving the quality of living space and improving public infrastructure are put forward to maximize the utilization rate of rural space.
