新时代旅游业发展的社会责任与时代使命——基于公平、教育与生态文明的视角

The Social Responsibility and Mission of Tourism Development in the New Era based on the Perspective of Equity,Education and Ecological Civilization

旅游活动是人类社会发展到一定程度产生的一种高级精神需求,对人的价值实现以及社会全面发展具有重要意义。中国的旅游业在过去的二十年间发展迅速,为社会经济发展提供了巨大动力。然而新时代背景下,发展不平衡、不充分制约了旅游业与社会的全面发展。除了经济,旅游业发展的不平衡、不充分主要体现在三个方面:一是公众休闲权、资源与利益分配等方面存在的不公平现象;二是旅游业在公众审美、社会公德、伦理与国家精神和文化认同等教育方面存在不足,未能充分发挥我国历史文化与独特资源的潜在教育功能;第三,旅游业仍未彻底扭转“人类中心主义”的发展模式,与生态文明理念存在较大差距。对此提出,在新时代背景下,中国旅游业应该承担起相应的社会责任与时代使命,在促进经济发展的同时,更要在社会公平、公众教育以及生态文明等方面做出更大努力,以期为实现社会全面、充分发展做出贡献。

Tourism activity is a kind of high spiritual demand generated when human society develops to a certain extent,which is of great significance to the realization of human value and the overall development of society.China's tourism industry has developed rapidly in the past two decades,providing a huge impetus for social and economic development.However,under the background of the new era,unbalanced and inadequate progress restricts the overall development of tourism and society.In addition to economy,the imbalance and inadequacy of tourism development are mainly reflected in three aspects:first,the inequity of public leisure rights,resource and benefit distribution;second,tourism is now widely considered insufficient in the education of public aesthetics,social morality,ethics,national spirit,and cultural identity,and fails to give full development to the potential educational function of China's history,culture,and unique resources;third,the tourism industry has not completely do away with the"anthropocentrism"development pattern,and there is a big gap with the ecological civilization.Therefore,this paper suggests that,China's tourism industry should bear a mission and social responsibility in the new era,making greater efforts in social equity,public education and ecological civilization while promoting economic development,so as to make contributions to the comprehensive and full development of society.
