健康教育在老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者中的应用评价

Evaluation of health education in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and osteoporotic hip fracture

目的:研究郑州大学第一附属医院内分泌及代谢病科糖尿病合并髋部骨折患者在健康教育和常规护理方法下的应用效果差异情况。方法:选取郑州大学第一附属医院的82例患者作为研究对象,患者骨折原因均为骨质疏松症,样本选取时间为2020年10月至2022年8月,41例患者采用常规护理,41例患者采用常规护理+健康教育,前者纳入对照组,后者纳入观察组。结果:常规护理+健康教育下疾病知识、饮食知识、自我护理知识、康复知识评分分别为4.53±0.29(分)、4.28±0.31(分)、4.37±0.25(分)、4.30±0.21(分),高于常规护理,对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者在常规护理+健康教育下Harris评分、护理依从性评分分别为96.30±1.71(分)、94.31±1.24(分),高于常规护理的85.49±2.34(分)、87.76±2.40(分),对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。常规护理+健康教育下总满意度高于常规护理,对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病合并髋部骨折患者在健康教育下的护理效果更好,因此健康教育更具推广价值。

Objective:To study the difference of the effect of health education and routine nursing on the patients with diabetes complicated with hip fracture in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.Methods:82 patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the study object.The cause of fracture was osteoporosis.The sample selection time was from October 2020 to August 2022.41 patients were treated with routine nursing and 41 patients were treated with routine nursing+health education.The former was included in the control group and the latter was included in the observation group.Results:The scores of disease kNowledge,diet kNowledge,self-care kNowledge and rehabilitation kNowledge under routine nursing+health education were 4.53±0.29(points),4.28±0.31(points),4.37±0.25(points)and 4.30±0.21(points)respectively,which were higher than those of routine nursing,with significant difference(P<0.05).The Harris score and nursing compliance score of the elderly patients with diabetes combined with osteoporotic hip fracture in the observation group were 96.30±1.71(points)and 94.31±1.24(points)respectively under conventional nursing+health education,which were higher than 85.49±2.34(points)and 87.76±2.40(points)of conventional nursing,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of routine nursing+health education was higher than that of routine nursing,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing effect of patients with diabetes combined with hip fracture under health education is better,so health education has more promotion value.
