改良前后跌倒/坠床风险管理方法对住院患者依从性、满意度、跌倒/坠床发生率及生存质量的影响对比

Comparison of the impact of fall/fall risk management methods before and after improvement on compliance,satisfaction,fall/fall incidence and quality of life of inpatients

目的:比较分析改良前后跌倒/坠床风险管理方法对住院者依从性、满意度、跌倒/坠床发生率及生存质量的影响。方法:选取本院2020年10月-2021年10月期间收入院的符合入组条件的老年病科、骨科患者100例患者为研究对象,将上述患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组和对照组分别采用改良跌倒/坠床风险管理方法和医院传统跌倒/坠床风险管理方法。比较两组患者依从性、满意度、跌倒/坠床发生率及生存质量情况。结果:观察组患者Morisky-8评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组跌倒/坠床发生率0.00%(0/50)低于对照组12.00%(6/50)(χ^(2)=6.383,P=0.012)。护理后,两组患者SF-36量表中躯体疼痛、生理功能、社会功能、精力、生理职能、健康状况、精神健康、情感职能评分水平均高于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组患者SF-36量表中各维度评分水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相比医院传统跌倒/坠床风险管理方法,改良后跌倒/坠床风险管理方法可有效降低住院患者跌倒/坠床发生率,提升住院患者依从性和满意度,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To compare and analyze the impact of fall/fall risk management methods before and after the improvement on compliance,satisfaction,fall/fall incidence and quality of life of inpatients.Methods 100 patients from geriatrics and orthopedics who met the enrollment conditions and were admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the above patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 patients in each group.The observation group and the control group adopted the improved fall/fall risk management method and the traditional hospital fall/fall risk management method respectively.Compliance,satisfaction,fall/fall rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Morisky-8 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of falls/falls in the observation group was 0.00%(0/50)lower than that in the control group(12.00%(6/50))(χ^(2)=6.383,P=0.012).After nursing,the scores of somatic pain,physiological function,social function,energy,physiological function,health status,mental health and emotional function in the SF-36 scale of patients in both groups were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores of each dimension in the SF-36 scale of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional fall/fall risk management method in the hospital,the improved fall/fall risk management method can effectively reduce the fall/fall rate of inpatients,improve the compliance and satisfaction of inpatients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
