Status and development of classification of capitellum fractures

肱骨小头骨折是临床上较为罕见的肘部骨折类型,随着对肱骨小头骨折的研究不断深入,学者们相继提出了不同分型系统,其临床治疗指导意义也逐步发展起来,但其分型均是基于X线的冠状面分型系统,他们描述的损伤情况与实际情况存在较大差异,且有对临床治疗的指导意义有限,在全面性与实用性方面仍有所欠缺。本文就肱骨小头骨折分型的现状与发展进行综述。

Capitellum fracture is a relatively rare type of elbow fracture in clinical practice.With the in-depth study on capitellum fractures,scholars have proposed different classification systems,and their guidance significance of clinical treatment has gradually developed.But the types are all based on the X-ray,and the injuries they described are all from coronal plane.The injuries described by them are quite different from the actual situation,and they have limited guiding significance for clinical treatment,and they are still lacking in comprehensiveness and practicality.This article reviews the status and development of the classification of capitellum fractures.
