摘要
中国说服的特色是“动之以情,晓之以理”。采用“据中释中”的范式,“情”是喜怒忧思悲恐惊七种情志,“理”是伦理和道德。与西方身心二分的情绪或情感不同,情志有身体基础,是身心合一的。思居中,出诸情,“思而否定”为怒,“思而肯定”为喜,中国情理说服是推己及人、转怒为喜的过程。借助医文相通的道理以及说服案例的剖析,本文揭示这一“曲而中”的微观运作,探寻这一重要的本土传播现象解释性构造的理论源头。
The characteristic of China's persuasion is“appealing to people's better nature and convincing people through reasoning.”In the indigenous context,“emotion”refers to happiness,anger,sorrow,sadness,fear and terror,and“reason”is ethics and morality.Unlike the Western mind-body dichotomy of emotion,China's emotion has its physical basis and is a unity of body and mind.Thinking is the source of all emotion.“Negation after thinking”is anger,while“affirmation after thinking”is joy.China's emotional-and-rational persuasion is a considerate process of turning anger into joy.Based on the theory that culture has something in common with medicine and the analysis of persuasion cases,this paper demonstrates the microscopic operation of“mildness and impartiality”and explores the theoretical source of the interpretative structure of this important indigenous communication phenomenon.
