钢渣集料对微表处性能影响及灰色关联度研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨钢渣集料对微表处性能的影响,制备四种不同钢渣掺量的混合料试件,采用粘聚力、湿轮磨耗、冻融循环湿轮磨耗、长期抗滑性能以及负荷轮载试验对混合料性能进行评价;利用灰色关联分析法,分析集料各性能指标对混合料路用性能的影响程度。结果表明:钢渣集料的性能指标优于石灰岩,钢渣粗集料的掺入可以减缓抗滑性能衰减,冻融环境下,钢渣可以降低与胶结料剥离的风险;集料的磨耗值、针片状含量和磨光值对混合料各项性能都有较高关联度,会影响微表处混合料的综合路用性能。 In order to investigate the influence of steel slag aggregate on the properties of micro-surface,four kinds of specimens with different steel slag content were prepared.The performance of the mixed specimens was evaluated by cohesion test,wet wheel wear test,freeze-thaw cycle wet wheel wear test,long-term skid resistance test and loaded wheel test.Grey relational analysis was used to analyze the influence of aggregate performance indexes on the pavement performance of the mixture.The results show that the properties of steel slag aggregate are better than those of limestone.The addition of steel slag coarse aggregate can delay skid resistance attenuation.Under freeze-thaw environment,steel slag can reduce the risk of stripping with binder.The abrasion,flat-elongated particles and polished stone value of aggregate have high correlation degree to various properties of the mixture,which will affect the comprehensive road performance of the micro-surface mixture.
