摘要
针对中低速磁浮接触轨施工精度高、安装难度大等问题,研制了一种接触轨专用安装平台。该安装平台由承重平台、行走架、吊篮、限位装置、防倾覆装置组成,其主体采用热轧型材焊接而成,通过在平台水平侧、垂直侧设置四组移动滑轮,在轨道梁F轨底侧设置尼龙轮,实现了防倾覆功能。该安装平台的使用使单根钢铝复合导电轨(含4套支架)安装时间由85 min降低至约40 min,提高了施工效率和安装精度,减低了施工风险和人工成本,已在清远磁浮专线成功应用。
Aiming at the problems of high construction precision and difficult installation of medium and low speed maglev contact rail,a special installation platform for contact rail is developed in this paper.The installation platform consists of a bearing platform,a walking frame,a hanging basket,a limiting device and an anti-overturning device,and its main body is welded by hot-rolled profiles.Four groups of movable pulleys are arranged on the horizontal and vertical sides of the platform,and nylon wheels are arranged on the bottom side of the track beam F,thus realizing the anti-overturning function.The installation platform reduces the installation time of a single steel-aluminum composite conductor rail(including four sets of brackets)from 85 min to about 40 min,improves the construction efficiency and installation accuracy,reduces the construction risk and labor cost,and has been successfully applied in Qingyuan Maglev Special Line.
