架桥机Q690高强钢焊接温度控制研究

摘要 运架一体机作为高铁40 m预应力砼简支箱梁架设的主要设备,对其承载能力和结构尺寸要求非常高,Q690D高强钢作为运架一体机的主要材料之一,其焊接性能对设备使用的安全性至关重要。为此,分析了温度对焊接质量影响的机理,分别研究了焊前预热、焊中温度、焊后保温等对Q690D高强钢焊接质量的影响;通过理论计算、经验修正、试件对比试验等方法,成功得出了Q690D高强钢的焊接温度控制参数,解决了千吨级运架一体机应用Q690D高强钢的焊接技术难题,为Q690D高强钢在高铁施工设备中的应用提供了参考。 As the main equipment for the installation of 40 m prestressed concrete simply supported box beams on high-speed railway,the transport and erection integrated machine has high requirements for its load-bearing capacity and structural dimensions.As one of the main materials for the transport and erection integrated machine,Q690D high-strength steel's welding performance is crucial for the safety of equipment use.To this end,the mechanism of the influence of temperature on welding quality was analyzed,and the effects of preheating before welding,temperature during welding,and post welding insulation on the welding quality of Q690D high-strength steel were studied.Through theoretical calculation,empirical correction,and comparative testing of specimens,the welding temperature control parameters of Q690D high-strength steel have been successfully obtained,solving the welding technology problem of applying Q690D high-strength steel to the kiloton transport and erection integrated machine.This provides a reference for the application of Q690D high-strength steel in high-speed railway construction equipment.
