摘要
为了解决中泰铁路项目桥梁施工中变跨频繁、变幅工况复杂、曲线半径小等施工问题,开展了针对该项目施工工况及工艺的研究,研制了JP60-32型节段拼装架桥机。介绍了JP60-32型节段拼装架桥机结构组成、主要性能参数、关键技术、作业流程等;分析了前端取梁大悬臂吊装节段块、前导梁大悬臂倒运前辅助支腿、吊取末节段块主跨跨中走行等三种工况下主结构力学性能。结果表明:JP60-32型节段拼装架桥机结构设计合理、安全可靠,很好地解决了该项目中桥梁施工难题。该产品在中泰铁路项目中的成功应用,为类似工程施工提供了设备设计的实践经验,为国家“一带一路”发展战略提供了有力保障。
In order to solve the construction problems of frequent span changing,complex amplitude changing conditions,and small curve radius in the bridge construction of the China Thailand Railway Project,research was conducted on the construction conditions and processes of the project,and a JP60-32 segmental assembly bridge erector was developed.This article introduced the structural composition,main performance parameters,key technologies,and operation process of the JP60-32 segmental assembly bridge erector;analyzed the mechanical properties of the main structure under three working conditions,namely,the lifting of the segment block by the large cantilever at the front end of the beam,the transfer of the front auxiliary leg by the large cantilever of the front guide beam,and the walking in the middle of the main span by lifting the last segment block.The results show that the structural design of the JP60-32 segmental assembly bridge erecting machine is reasonable,safe and reliable,and it effectively solves the problems in bridge construction of the project.The achievement application of this product in the China Thailand Railway Project has provided practical experience in equipment design for similar engineering construction,and has provided a strong guarantee for the national“the Belt and Road”development strategy.
